Healthful Living was compiled by David Paulson in 1896 after careful research through many thousands of printed pages by the authro, Ellen G. White.  Mrs. White is a respected member of educational institutions around the world.  And the National Health Federation posthumously awarded Ellen White the President's Award in 1986 for her pioneering efforts in natural health.Ellen White recommended Healthful Living to be used as a textbook in our schools because of its arrangement by subject matter in a concise, condensed format.
